Fixed WebTransport connectivity and improved the streaming pipeline by upgrading gomoqt / moq to v0.10.5. Fixed subscriber-side video handling in SubscribeBoard. Refactored relay subscription handling with sync.Map, unified RelayHandler construction, and improved logging. This release includes a fix for the video playback issue reported in #32 by @mpisat.
