t-gazzy/Moqintosh is an active MOQ project, so a tagged GitHub release is a concrete milestone for implementers tracking protocol and deployment progress.

Source Excerpt

Changelog Fixed Corrected TrackNamespace-based matching used by the sample app and related subscription handling so namespace comparisons follow the intended track namespace semantics. Removed DispatchQueue.sync-based delegate bridging that caused Swift Concurrency executor isolation crashes during control-plane and stream receive callbacks. Changed Updated SessionDelegate, StreamReceiverDelegate, and StreamReceiverFactoryDelegate to use async callbacks end-to-end. Moved active StreamReceiver ownership into StreamReceiverFactory, and removed application-side receiver retention from the sample app.
