Ian raised valid DDOS concerns that haven't been discussed. There were also concerns raised about issues with Subgroup Filter and Fetch interactions. There was mixed support to have one kind of filter implementation for all object filtering operations and remove Subscription Filters, but add Location Range Filter ( Mo's Original PR)

We didn't get time to discuss any of the concerns, possible solutions for the same.

I agree with Alan that it's better to discuss and clarify the design now than introducing 10 more issues once we land the proposal.
