After synthesizing the show of hands and the mailing list, the chairs conclude that there is strong consensus for DTS to be adopted as an extension described by a WG document. Will is invited to publish https://github.com/wilaw/dts4moq as draft-ietf-moq-dts4moq at his earliest opportunity. It is possible that the document later reaches a state where it could be merged into MOQT.

For SWITCH, there is not yet consensus to do so, although a sizable portion of the working group is interested in this work. Gwendal is invited to reconstitute his PR as an internet-draft documenting an extension, and the chairs will consider a future consensus call for adoption of that document.
