Hi, in the moq-transport repo you will find a number of PRs marked "Design". These are proposed resolutions to the issues we discussed in London, along with some from recent issues that were filed post London. The editors would like to merge as many as possible into draft-19. We will follow our normal process -- PRs labelled Design require approval from all 4 Editors/Authors and must be up for working group review for 2 weeks before landing.

The biggest changes that could benefit from the broadest review are:
