About Section 7.1:
draft-ietf-moq-transport-19 doesn’t create a registry called “MoQ Object Properties.” Instead, Section 11.2 of that document says, “Object Property Types are registered in the IANA table ‘MoQ Properties'.”
That registry (Section 15.8) has fields called “Type,” “Name,” “Scope,” and “Specification,” and type 0x02 has already been allocated by that document.
draft-ietf-ianabis-early-registries would establish an equivalent to the early allocation process for registry creation, but it's currently in WGLC.
