Dear Chairs

I'd like to request agenda time in Seattle to resolve final technical issues for Sender-Side Track Switching (SSTS) 10min presentation and 30min discussion. As a reminder, we already had a poll to decide on whether SSTS should be adopted in some form, with a positive majority for adoption. At Vienna, the chairs committed to a second poll on whether SSTS should be a part of MOQThttps://github.com/moq-wg/moq-transport/pull/1638, or an extension pointhttps://wilaw.github.io/moqt-ssts/draft-wilaw-moq-moqt-ssts.html. It would be beneficial if this second poll could be conducted ahead of the interim so that the appropriate materials can be prepared.

If you would like time at the Seattle meeting, please email the chairs no later than September 29th.

Please note that IETF 127 is roughly four weeks later, and the chairs make sure that status updates for other drafts are given time in front of this broader audience. Although we are always willing to entertain exceptions, the chairs would like the interim meeting focus to be the MOQT draft and drafts that might be plausibly integrated into MOQT (a good example would be the DoS draft).

Making the case for a merge into MOQT is not a suitable subject; remaining technical issues on proposals are a suitable subject.

Regardless, before asking for time for non-MOQT issues, please ask yourself if a status report four weeks prior to IETF 127 is going to add value and enable significant progress.
